The NAHEC Awards Program

The National Association of Health Education Centers highlights excellence in health education through its annual awards program.

The Outstanding Health Educator of the Year award recognizes and encourages outstanding accomplishments in teaching by a health educator at a NAHEC member organization.  The Richard B. Rush Award for Outstanding Innovation is a peer-reviewed award that recognizes and encourages outstanding efforts in health education by a NAHEC member organization.
