What is a Health Education Center (HEC)? Health Education Centers use high-tech and life-sized exhibits, advanced technology, audio-visuals and specialized programs to reach students with |

variety of instructional techniques not generally found in conventional
classrooms. The curriculum is designed to enhance and support school mandated
areas of study. Programs are taught by professional health educators.
