• Room Reservations
  Conference participants can make their hotel reservation at the Crowne Plaza Houston Medical Center. Room rates are $84.00 per room/per night for single or double occupancy. These rates are valid for stays from Sunday, August 28, through Saturday, September 3 in order to accommodate participants who would like to stay longer in the Houston area. Rates are valid for booking from April 29 through August 21, 2005. If you wish to extend your stay outside of the conference dates, you will need to book a separate reservation on the web or contact the hotel directly at 713-577-0033.
  

  Please note that check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

  A limited number of rooms are blocked for Sunday, August 28 and Monday, August 29 for those coming early to attend Monday's pre-conference workshops.
