We personally invite and encourage you to exhibit at this year’s 17th Annual NAHEC Conference and AAHE Mid-Year Meeting in Houston, TX, August 29 - September 1, 2005. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your products and services to our growing organizations and other non-member participants. Exhibit Space
Exhibit fees are $400 for AAHE, NAHEC and TAHPERD Members and $600 for Non-Members if registered by May 31. After May 31 and through August 1, the rate is $500 for Members and $700 for Non-Members. After August 1, the rate is $700 (Members), $900 (Non-Members). In addition, each exhibitor should provide one product donation for a door prize drawing at the closing session on Thursday, September 1. The fee includes exhibit space, conference registration for two, recognition in the conference program and a copy of attendees’ contact information (available by request).

Take a Table
Tables are available for materials distribution to those unable to exhibit in person. Cost is $200/table for AAHE, NAHEC and TAHPERD Members, $300/table for Non-Members.

Conference Program Advertising
As an additional service, we are offering advertising space in our conference program.

• Advertising Specifications:
  Format – portrait; trim size (8 1/2 x 11); bleed size (8 3/8 x 11 1/4); full page (7 x 10); half page (7 x 4 7/8); no agency or cash discounts; closing date for advertising space is July 1, 2005 with camera ready artwork. Please provide original artwork for inside and back covers.
• Advertising Rates:
  Back Cover - $600
  Inside Back Cover/ Inside Front Cover - $400
  Interior - Full Page, $200; Half Page, $140
