Health
education centers serve a vital role in education, especially in the well
being of the nation's youth. NAHEC's mission is to promote the development
and advancement of health education centers across the United States. Through
your membership, you will join the NAHEC network, opening new lines of communication
and partnership. Recently, we established our national office, located at
Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, and hired the initial staff.
NAHEC is eagerly jumping into the new millennium with new leadership and
a strong commitment towards promoting health education in America.
