Members are organizations with a mission to provide effective and broadly accessible group-based health education programs. Essential to educating today’s youth and adults about critical health issues, members, through the support of Partners and Advocates, reach over 3.7 million children and adults annually.  Additionally, members provide invaluable resources within their communities as staff trainers and effective advocates for developing and implementing health-related school policies.

What do they teach?

Education topics include body systems, nutrition, physical fitness, life skills, safety & injury prevention, drug and alcohol abuse prevention, mental health and general health literacy. Program delivery options include on-site, off-site and distance learning.

How do they teach?

As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.  In this case, a video clip is probably worth much more!  We invite you to view a video clip to see how our Members deliver health education.

Where are Members located?

Members are located throughout the US. Many members are capable of delivering health education programs and resources beyond their community via distance learning. To locate a member, go to LIVE Member Directory and choose "Member" in the Member Type drop-down field OR download PDF Member Directory.
