The Finance Committee, a standing committee of the Board of Directors, oversees NAHEC financial planning; monitors that adequate funds are available for the financial plan; safeguards assets; drafts organizational fiscal policies; anticipates financial problems; ensures the Board receives accurate and complete information; makes sure that federal, state and local reporting takes place; works with accounting professionals in preparing the annual audits.
