Stressing Life: The Impact of Stress on Health and Ways to Restore Balance

Presents a compelling picture of the impact of stress on one's health and the range of options for restoring balance to life. Identification of one’s stress and key questions to ask oneself about the stress allow participants to discover ways to gain greater control over those areas of life that are pulling them out of balance.
